healthy eating is probably the top reason that people succeed or fail in there diet goals. As alot of people overeat in general, it is very hard for them to get skinny. Now really don't get caught up by alot of these infomercials telling you its possible to get a flat stomach just by doing situps either, that's not going to help you get skinny. What matters is intake and output. Some of the best appetite suppressents do work, but you will still have to watch your calories.

If you've ever seen these silly situp commercials, you undoubtedly recognized the part where they show some lady or some guy wearing their old fat pants with them saying how using the ab machine caused them to lose a thousand pounds in just 2 weeks, and there fat loss was amazing. Ok, this might seen like an exaggeration, but it's pretty close. Anyway, if you can force yourself to look away from their ridiculous fat person pants and focus your eyes on the bottom of your television screen, you'll notice a blurb that goes a little something like: "Results may vary". That's because doing a ab routine in any fashion will not help you lose bodyfat or get skinny, that what lets you see those abs.


The basics of caloric intake are actually quite simple, "maintenance" calories for most people is about 13-15 X their body weight. (for me, at 140 lbs my maintenance is 2100 - which is 15 X 140 lbs). Where the key is loss, to lose weight my diet would be around 1400 calories. Burning calories is the "key" to visualizing your stomach again.

It's all about diet, see, the hardgainer will do the same thing, and they can maximiseE the calories by 500 a day, or by 20% - if this is you, pick one and stick to it, see where you are now. If you don't gain in a couple of weeks, increase it by another 500 calories and see what happens. Eventually, things will change. Oh, and if you have trouble getting in all those calories - knock back a few shots of olive oil over the day. You can blend it into your shakes. Easy calories. Then when that same person wants to initiate fat loss, they will often use their best appetite suppressent to "help" them back to getting skinny or losing fat.

Our general diet your body needs to survive, and in the case of fat loss and getting skinny, Calories are something your body does need so that you can finally notice a difference. Food is nothing more than that. So, I give my body only what it needs to make these changes take place. Does my body need the 5 seconds it takes for me to eat a cake? No. Does my mind need it? NO! My mind is way too strong to need it, and that feels much better than any piece of chocolate would ever taste, and I get pleasure from that knowledge. So remember, you get out what you put in. This has been fat loss for idiots. Believe me we can all do a few simple things to stay fit!
